Shipping policy

By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our shipping terms and policies. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:  Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order.

ORDER CANCELLATION:  An order may be cancelled prior to shipping.  Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.  We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order.  We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer.

CUSTOMER CONTACT INFORMATION:  We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:  Your package will ship USPS unless other arrangements are made.  Please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your parcel to arrive. If you believe your order has been lost then please email becky@loessvalley.com and we will investigate what’s gone wrong.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

DAMAGED ITEMS:  If you’ve received your parcel damaged, you will need to contact us and the UPSP within 48 hours of delivery.  Please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage.  We handle damage claims on a case by case basis.  Please contact us if you have any issues!
