Refund policy

We love our soaps and we hope you will too.  We check, inspect, and hand pack all items ourselves before shipping to make sure they are perfect.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please let us know by contacting us, within 48 hours, at becky@loessvalley.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns/Exchanges

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
